The
2002 Bedford gathering celebrated 40 years of the Val Six wheel coach
chassis, it was unique in its day and put Bedford into the heavy league
of coach chassis suppliers

Val chassis was another of the typically british innovations that set
our manufacturer apart from the rest of the world.
There has never been so many Vals together in one place before. |

are just two of the many coaches that turned up at the show. There was
also a rare Guy Otter making it's first show debut. You can see it in

On
the journey from Pourtsmouth this coach had thrown some of it's fan blades,
luckily replacement were found at the show under a pile of second hand
parts.

Another
repair you can see was on this SB coach which needed a replacement radiator,
the owners were off to Cornwall after the show.

Transport had two artics at the show, one was this Detroit powered KM
and the other an S series

managed to take a brief run up to the main A14 and back in the O series,
it wasnt far but it was a real treat.
