Here are a few answers to some of the more common questions we get asked at Tailgate:

Q.I want to order a video, what is the best way to do this.

A. Once you have chosen a video, make a note of its name and then download the PDF form from the contact section. Simply fill in your details, and post it to us (our address is on the bottom of the form) along with a Cheque or Postal Order for the correct amount. Once we have received your order, your videos will be sent straight out.

Q. I live outside the UK, do you ship overseas?

A. Yes many of our customers are overseas.When you fill in the order form, please ensure you have the correct amount of postage added on and the Cheque is in Sterling Draft to a British bank.

Q. I am interested in having a promotional video made for my company, would Tailgate be able to take on a project such as this ?
